Inside Dyker: National Pollinator Month #PlantWildflowers Papercut with Master Mingliang Lu 学剪纸

As reported in the New York Times and seen at The American Museum of Natural History, Master Ming Liang Lu creates art using only a pair of scissors and a single piece of thin paper. His technique is a performance that must be seen to be believed. The paper moves. The scissors don’t. 

In celebration of the National Wildflower Week, Dyker Library is hosting Master Lu to start the third class of in-person papercutting program 1:30pm-2:30pm on Tuesday 5/10/2022 in the meeting room of the library.  Master Lu will teach additional in-person programs featuring pollinators and wildflowers 1:30pm-2:30pm for adults and 3pm-4pm for young adults on eight Tuesdays: 5/10,  5/17,  5/24,  5/31, 6/7,  6/14, 6/21, 6/28, 2022 at the Dyker Library.  Registration is required for each session.  All sessions take place at the Dyker Library.  Contact: yyau@bklynlibrary.org
