New York State is in the midst of developing a “Cap & Invest” program that could raise billions of dollars for climate investments that will improve our lives. From weatherizing homes to protecting our shores to greening our schools—if done right, Cap & Invest will improve health and save money.
Public hearings are an opportunity for ordinary people to raise their voices and influence state action. NYS will hold hearings about its Cap & Invest program in June.
