CULINARY TRAINING
Get the technical and professional skills you need for jobs in the food industry. We prioritize job placement with good employers, fair wages, and opportunities for advancement.

FOOD ENTREPRENEURSHIP
Seed, start, and scale your small food business. SEED is a flexible online program for aspiring food entrepreneurs who want to lay a strong foundation for their food product or food business. Whether you are just starting out or are operating a business but need help taking the next step, our food entrepreneurship programs can help by teaching you the fundamentals of running a business and guiding you toward the necessary steps to grow your venture.

Program Eligibility: 

Signature Culinary Training, ESOL, and HBK Incubates programs are for women, non-binary and genderqueer individuals over the age of 18. 

First Course is open to all gender identities (women, men, genderqueer, and non-binary) over the age of 18.
