RESCHEDULED FROM NOVEMBER 18.

Business planning can be a complex and unfamiliar process. Often, entrepreneurs don’t know what kind of information they need, where to find it, or how to get started.

Learn how to use these Gale online resources, available from home with your Brooklyn Public Library card, in this virtual program taught by a Business & Career Center librarian!

Gale Business: Plan Builder offers an engaging, step-by-step guided experience, complete with the information and tools needed to move through the entire business development life cycle. The program’s intuitive dashboard walks users through the five essential steps of business planning and explains what each activity is, why it is important in the overall process, and how to get started.

Gale Business: Entrepreneurship covers finance, management, marketing, human resources, franchising, accounting, taxes and other aspects of starting and running a successful business. It contains hundreds of sample business plans created by real-life entrepreneurs, award-winning eBooks, as well as content from business and trade journals, handbooks, encyclopedias, key Web sites and links to podcasts and videos.
