1. Take the plate and cut out the inner circle. If you are having a hard time with this, you can fold the plate in half and cut out the inner circle that way.
2. Take a green strip and fold it in half. Using that fold as the mid-way point, place the strip around the front and back rim of the plate. Take your glue stick and glue the strip down on the plate. The ends of the paper strip should just be long enough to meet each other after the plate-- glue the ends together.
3. Repeat Step 2 until the rest of the plate is completely covered by the green strips.
4.Once completely dried, take your scissors and cut a triangle at the end of each strip.
5.Glue on the white snowflake and/or star cut outs onto your wreath. You can take this time to decorate the wreath with other art supplies that you may have at home—like markers and stickers!
6. (Optional) Ask an adult to punch a hole through the top of the plate. This could be through using a hole puncher or using the tip of a pencil. If they do, thread the string into hole to make this wreath into a hanging ornament.
