Learn the art of Zentangles - a mindful meditation and art activity all in one!  This program gives ideas for two heart tangles.  They are easy for beginners and kids can practice a few times so they feel confident in their skills.  Pick up a Grab & Go bag with the supplies listed below in our lobby at 1901 Mermaid Avenue (Mermaid Ave. and W. 19th St.) and join the Premiere on Facebook here to follow along on Friday, June 18th at 3:30pm.

Pick up these Grab and Go supplies at the Coney Island Branch Lobby:

  • 8 1/2 x 11 copy paper and/or black drawing paper
  • Glitter Crayola Crayons
  • pencils, Sharpies, colored pencils and magic markers

The New York Life Foundation, The National Grid Foundation, Con Edison and Macy’s.
