Grab-and-Go Art Kit: Make Art like William H. Johnson
In honor of Juneteenth, the Kings Highway Library is happy to offer a set of Grab-and-Go Art Kits for teens celebrating the art of William H. Johnson, a prominent African-American artist of the 20th Century.
Each kit includes:
- Four full-color prints of Johnson's work
- One biographical page about Johnson's life
- One instruction sheet for making work like Johnson's
- One sample sheet of work inspired by him
- 16 markers in a full spectrum of colors
- 10 sheets of heavy white paper to draw on
