Friends of Clinton Hill Library Craft Fair Vendor Application

The Friends of Clinton Hill Library will co-sponsor an outdoor Local Artisans Craft Fair on Saturday, October 22nd, 2022 from 11 am – 4 pm (rain date 11/5/22):

Vendor applications (see page 2 for form) and rules of conduct will be available from the Clinton Hill Library info desk from Tuesday, August 23rd through Friday, September 30th.  Applications can also be requested by emailing tmantrone@bklynlibrary.org .

Applications must be turned into the info desk or scanned and emailed to tmantrone@bklynlibrary.org . No applications will be accepted after Friday, September 30th.  ALL Applicants will be notified on Friday, October 7th.  Please ask for assistance at the  Clinton Hill Info Desk if you need help copying or scanning an application.

The fair will be held outside of the library. In case of rain, it will take place on Saturday, 11/5/22.

Table set-up will begin at 10:00 am. All tables must be broken down by 4:30 pm. Sales will take place between 11 am – 4 pm.

The library will provide 11 (eleven) tables and chairs as needed for the tables as well as tablecloths. No electricity or shade cover will be available. Drinking water will be provided as needed. Please let us know in the application if you will be supplying your own table.

Masks will be available as well as hand sanitizer.

All items must be hand-made by the applicant. No more than two vendors of similar items will be selected to provide a range of wares for buyers.

The Friends of Clinton Hill Library will receive ten percent (10 %) of the vendor earnings, with a maximum of $25.00 (twenty-five dollars) per vendor.
