The Foundation Center (http://www.fdncenter.org) is a nonprofit organization that provides information on private foundation and corporate funding.  The Center maintains online databases with detailed information on grants and foundations providing funding for non-profit organizations and individuals. As a Foundation Center Cooperating Collection, the SST Division @ BPL provides both print and electronic resources on foundation, corporate, and government funding, proposal writing, and nonprofit management. At the workshop, you will learn the basics of grant seeking and Foundation Center database searching.      No registration is necessary. First come first seated.
