Food Stamps and Nutrition Outreach Program
This program is done in collaboration with local CCNS/Sheepshead-Nostrand NORC. It is going to be:
- Education about food stamps program
- Food Stamp prescreening and assistance with initial application
- Assistance with the active cases
- Nutritional Information
