Fitness With Malvia
The Spring Creek Library offers a free workout class taught by a certified fitness trainer, Malvia! Join us for a fitness workout and weight training, all while having fun and staying fit. All participants are encouraged to wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and sneakers to class. Please bring your mat, hand weights (5 to 10 lbs.), water, and a towel. If you don’t have a mat, still join us! The class will be held in the meeting room at the Spring Creek Library.
