The New Lots Library is offering a free workout class taught by certified fitness trainer, Malvia! Join us for a fitness workout, weight training, and having fun staying fit! All participants are encouraged to wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and sneakers to class. Please bring your own mat and hand weights (approximately 5 to 10 lbs), a bottle of water and a towel. Don't have a mat? Still, join us! We loan out mats on a first-come, first-served basis. Class will be held in the auditorium at the New Lots Library.
