Want to stay physically and mentally fit? Then join us for this weekly fitness program that will help strengthen the body and relieve stress. Participants will be able to sample different forms of exercises such as chair yoga, callanetics, traditional yoga, tai chi, aerobics, and more.

Beginners are welcomed.
