Join instructor Oleg Ovcharenko as he guides our class through mastering the skills of creating flower paper panels and art decor! 

This 9-week program will conclude with participants presenting their work in a decorative mural to be displayed at Sheepshead Bay Library! A celebration event will follow with refreshments for all.

Have fun, express yourself, and get inspired!
