Early Childhood Development and Education

This course will develop participants' better understanding about children's milestones (according to the ages and stages) and learn skills on how to develop their language skills.  Students will reflect back on their prior knowledge about content through relevant activities, learning materials, listening to the presentation/s and engage in discussions to clarify their thoughts and perspectives.  

Safida Begum, holding two masters’ degrees, with sounds professional background in education since 1987 as a school principal, project coordinator and manager in pakistan, Afghanistan, Bangladesh and Tajikistan. She is serving as a Group Teacher in a Pre.K school in New York City.  She also served as a volunteer in many international and national organizations
