David Grupper, moderator
For over 30 years, David Grupper has been in the field of art direction, communication, and marketing for education. He is currently the creative director and co-founder of Point Made Animation, a creative studio specializing in customized training, curriculum, and explainer video for the education industry. He has established and directed in-house design studios, conceived and developed capital campaigns, supervised photo shoots, and designed award-winning collateral material, advertising, direct mail and email marketing. David is co-author and illustrator of The Paper Shtetl, published by Schocken Books.

Jennifer Stringer
With over 15 years of experience as an Educator and Education Marketer, Jennifer is passionate about sharing tools that provide meaningful and lasting learning experiences. With her agency, Square 32, she works directly with start-ups, non-profits, and Edu/Ed tech companies looking to bring creative solutions to the market. Combining her education and marketing experience, she brings a unique and fresh lens with which to evaluate and promote organizations and products. She has deep ties within the space including being an active member of the NYEdTech Meetup group and the Organizer of the Dallas EdTech Meetup. Her agency provides a number of solutions, including: digital marketing, reputation management, marketing strategy, product evaluation and market fit, and activating influencers and brand ambassadors in the space.

Joyce Whitby
Joyce is a former educator who spent over ten years teaching graduate level courses in Educational Technology at Long Island University, where in 1984 she developed the T.E.A.M. program (Telecommunications, Education, and Multimedia). Since then Joyce has been in the business of educational technology with key roles in professional development, marketing and sales leadership. Most notably she has developed strategic sales initiatives targeting complex and urban environments for several organizations including and recently she has launched her own consulting business working with companies seeking growth in revenue and market share. 

Devin Young
Devin Young is the co-founder and president of Classcraft. Well-versed in education and experience design, he leads the company’s communications, marketing, design, and storytelling teams. Devin is a serial entrepreneur and creative director who’s previously run an ed-tech company and a production company whose clients included Chanel, Microsoft, Intel, See.me, and The Future of Storytelling Summit (FOST).

Mitchell Weisburgh
Mitch cofounded Academic Business Advisors in 2005, which helps organizations develop business strategies to align their products and services with the ways purchasing decisions are made and technology is used in schools and districts so that they can scale and make a difference to kids and educators.
