This seminar is hosted by Catholic Charities of Brooklyn and Queens, non-profit organization's Saints Joachim and Anne Nursing and Rehab Center in Coney Island. Our goal is to give back to the community through education seminars about a wide variety of health topics. Also, our facility is here to help get people from the hospital to home by providing the best in rehabilitation therapy and care.
