This event has been cancelled.
artist talks
writing workshop
Author Rebecca Kalin, an expert wordsmith, teaches you a new way to write an artistic statement that summarizes your art and promotes a bond of understanding between you, your art, and your audience.
Through discussion, we’ll explore why we make art and what it says about ourselves in the world. Each artist will leave the session with a concise personal statement of greater self-awareness and clarity written in EXACTLY 100 words.
To get the most out of the workshop, participants are requested to come with a few written first attempt sentences about their artwork.
