Creative Aging: Lets Ballroom Dance - Waltz, Mambo & Swing!
BALLROOM DANCING FOR BEGINNERS!
Join Silver Shoes Dance Club and learn how to Waltz, Mambo and Swing all from the comfort
of your own home! Our class is meant to be fun, informative and interactive.
All classes begin with a gentle warm-up and end with a cool-down designed to improve muscle
tone and balance. We increase skill level week to week while exploring different styles of music
and their corresponding dance patterns.
No partner or previous experience is necessary, all
abilities are welcome!
Registration Required. Register today and dance with us on Zoom every Monday and Thursday.
DATES: 6/6, 6/9, 6/13, 6/16, 6/20, 6/23, 6/30
Zoom Link will be sent by 10am the morning of the program.
Please make sure to dress comfortable and clear the area around you to avoid falling.
