Creative Aging: Create a Legacy Cookbook
Join us in this special 9-week Life Story Club series where we come together to create our own Legacy Cookbooks! The group will meet over Zoom to share life stories around treasured family recipes and traditions. Each week, we'll ask you to share with us a family recipe that you'd like to save and share a story related to this recipe. This makes for a fun-filled workshop and community bonding experience.
Below you can find the prompt questions for each week:
June 17 - What's a dish you like to make when you or a loved one is feeling under the weather?
June 24 - What are some recipes you have that were passed down from a loved one?
July 01 - What is a recipe you love to cook or bake with others?
July 08 - What are some of your go-to recipes for parties or celebrations?
July 15 - What is your favorite summertime recipe?
July 22 - What is a recipe you have perfected (or made your own) over the years?
July 29 - What's a dish you like to make when it's too hot to be in the kitchen?
August 05 - What is your most highly requested recipe?
