Creative Aging: Acrylics made easy with Leonid Filitsyan
This Creative Aging virtual program is hosted by Spring Creek Library!
The program will be taught by the artist Leonid Filitsyan via Zoom and scheduled for Tuesdays, beginning September 21st, and will end with a culminating event on November 2nd with 3 paintings.
Program Description: The Acrylic Painting workshops are for beginners and for those who have some experience and want to improve it. The method is step-by-step. At every stage, I will explain what you are doing, why, and how this leads us to the desired result. We will work in these two genres: landscape and still life.

Recommended art supplies (not provided):
1. Pencil
2. Eraser
3. Canvas or cardboard (approximately 9 by 12)
4. Acrylic paint: red, green, blue, yellow, brown, black, purple (these are basic colors, more color variations are better). White (three times more than any color)
5. Brushes: flat (approximate size 1", ¾",⅜", ¼"); Round (approximate size 10, 7, 4, 1)
6. Palette (white, plastic for mixing colors)
All art supplies can be purchased at any of the following: Michael's, Blick's, Walmart, Amazon, or any other art supply store of your choice. No need to get expensive supplies.
