Join us for a series of three workshops focused on connecting with ourselves and exploring our hopes for the future through somatic practice, art and dialogue. Utilizing writing and visual art to deepen these connections and increase our bodily awareness, we will explore themes of the self, family, and community.
No prior experience needed. All materials will be provided.
