Do you spend too much time worrying about what’s for dinner? We can help! Join us for free virtual nutrition classes that incorporate healthy cooking tips on a budget. (Please note: participants will need to register for each or any workshop that interests them.)
CLASS DETAILS
Dates (Thursdays): 7/15, 7/22, 7/29, 8/5, 8/12, 8/19
Time: 3pm - 4pm
Meal items will be delivered to the Kings Highway branch (at 2115 Ocean Ave. just off Kings Hwy. & Ocean Ave.).
This is a Thursday afternoon program. On Wednesday--THE DAY BEFORE THE WORKSHOP--participants are invited to pick up their recipe items at the Kings Highway branch, after the branch opens at 10AM.
SPACE IS LIMITED TO 20 PARTICIPANTS
