Thursday, August 20th at 2pm. We'll be cooking Chicken Korma, a recipe from our instructor's Mom. You can even cook along with us on Instagram Live. If you'd like to cook along, here are the ingredients:  

Adeeba's Mom's Chicken Korma, (aka Yogurt Chicken)
2-3 lbs chicken legs and thighs
2 cups yogurt
2 onions, peeled and chopped fine
5-7 cloves garlic peeled and chopped (2-3 tbs)
3 tbs ginger root (shredded)
1/2 cup water
3 tbs canola or vegetable oil
Dry Spices:
1 tsp whole cloves, 1tbs cumin seeds, 3 pods cardamom, 2 bay leaves, 1 cinnamon stick
3 tsp ground cumin, 2 tsp ground coriander, 2 tsp red chili , 1 tsp ground turmeric
