IMPACCT Brooklyn and the Mayor's Office to Protect Tenants invites you to attend a Community Housing workshop at Central Library's Information Commons Lab.

Learn about new rent laws, including:

  • Rent stabilization laws
  • Vacancy decontrol
  • New leasing & eviction procedures
  • Caps on rent increases

You can also receive foreclosure intervention assistance: 

  • Meet experienced HUD-certified counselors
  • Get free loan modification assistance
  • Get information on deed theft
