Join us for collage-making followed by a food demonstration by local Haitian chef and cookbook author, Nadège Fleurimond!

We will have collage materials and writing prompts centered around cultural heritage. Please bring any recipes or photos that you would want to use for your collage! After collaging, chef Nadège Fleurimond will demonstrate how to make a traditional Haitian dessert, Blan Manje.

Participants will also have the option to submit their collages to our Community Food Collage Zine!

The “Everyone is Welcome Here” World Language Series is provided through the generous support of Apple Bank, celebrating over 25 years in Brooklyn and over 160 years of neighborhood banking in greater New York. Visit applebank.com for more information.
