Chair exercises help improve strength, range of motion, balance, agility, cognitive functioning, and mood. Join us for various fun and practical activities that will improve your flexibility and balance. We'll get moving to some good music to get our blood flowing and to keep our joints active and our muscles strong. (For adults and older adults.)
