The focus of this presentation will be how you can build a bullet proof business plan using data.  Data is the ingredient to elevate your business plan from good to great.  Investors look at business plans that feature different kinds of data versus those that just include opinion and anecdotal observations.

  • Step 1 is to select data that will support and drive the main points of your business plan. There is good and bad data.  Learn how to recognize each and where do you find it.
  • Step 2 includes taking the data and putting it into a series of visualizations that are easily understood and designed to support your business objectives.
  • Step 3 is how to you take data and create a series of insights which will then lead you to the story behind your business plan.

We will create an example using the data that is offered on the Sports Market Analytics platform and then create a quick sample plan from there.
