The Literacy Zone at Kings Highway Library is partnering with Brooklyn College to provide a College Readiness Information Session for Immigrant Students. The event will be held at Kings Highway Library (2115 Ocean Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11229) Thursday, August 17 from 2pm-3pm. During this information session, participants will:
-Learn how to navigate college admissions as a new immigrant student
-Discover scholarships and financial aid resources
Obtain information about legal services, counseling, mentorship, and career guidance
