never too late to learn
Develop drawing skills and enjoy painting with the challenging, beautiful medium of watercolor in this online class. Each class will feature a demonstration and one-on-one guidance from Nan Carey, a professional art teacher with over fifteen years of experience with guiding beginner and intermediate students. Subjects will be florals, still-life and landscapes. Explore color mixing, washes and glazing and experiment with the many ways to use watercolor. A list of art supplies needed will be provided to all who register for the class. In order to ensure that individualized attention may be given to each participant, class size will be limited to 15 participants, so please register as soon as possible.
Class will begin on Tuesday October 5 and will continue on each following Tuesday, culminating in an online exhibition where the students show off their finished art work on Tuesday November 16. All classes and the culminating event will be from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM. All classes will be conducted via zoom.
