For this Summer Reading activity, we'll read Why Mosquitoes Buzz in People's Ears, written by Verna Aardema and illustrated by Leo and Diane Dillon. After the story, Kat will show you how to make paper finger puppets that can be used to re-tell the story.

Come ready with your supplies and view the video at the Adams Street Library and the Annex Facebook page on Wednesday, June 17th, at 3:30pm EST! The video will be available for 48 hours after the premiere.

Supply list:

  1. Paper to cut and draw on
  2. Scissors
  3. Tape (scotch, masking, washi - any tape!)
  4. Crayons, pencils, markers - what you like to draw with!
