Author Reading and Activity: A Sled for Gabo
Join children's author Emma Otheguy for a reading of her book A Sled for Gabo (also available in Spanish, Un trineo para Gabo). Otheguy will introduce herself and talk about why she became a writer and the making of the book. After a lively read-aloud, Otheguy will lead students in a drawing activity based on the book. Bring a paper and crayons!
