Art Hour: Adult Coloring / Free Draw
Join us at Brighton Beach Library for an hour of coloring, doodling, and free drawing!
Studies have shown that coloring can be beneficial to adults, relaxing the mind and improving brain function. Spontaneous drawing is also proven to relieve stress.
Materials will be provided. Participants can bring their own coloring books and pencils, if they choose.
No registration required.
