anti-racism first five years parents and caregivers

Join Tabitha and Adam to explore the challenging–but essential–process of building anti-racist parenting practices. In this virtual workshop, we will explore the key values of antiracist parenting, the tenets of putting it into practice, effective strategies, and opening questions to ask. We will provide conversation jump-off points for kids and adults, and you’ll learn how to develop continuous learning practices. As part of the workshop, we explore the importance of initiating conversations that are interactive and guided by knowledge and by children themselves.

  • Antiracism as a family approach
  • The power of continuous learning and action
  • The role of recognizing systemic impact
