In this workshop, 2 SCORE NYC Mentors will answer the question, what is AI and how can it assist my business? They will demystify how generative AI works (ChatGPT), share tips for using it and where you can find all the AI tools you’ll need.
Gain the knowledge and resources to:

- Describe how AI can benefit small businesses Detail how the technology behind ChatGPT works (Uncover the magic!)
- Define best practices for use
- Provide specific examples of how product and service businesses can use AI Tools
