Adult Computer Basics
Each evening class is a cumulative 1-hour program for adults new to using a computer. Please sign up at the Mill Basin information desk.
Tuesday, Jan. 3rd we will learn about the parts of the computer: mouse skills, keyboard, opening & closing app icons, opening & closing an Internet browser windows. We will also use search engines, and how to determine accurate and valid websites.
Tuesday, Jan. 10th & 17th we will learning about Google, creating an email, and using Google services.
Tuesday, Jan. 24th & 31st we will look at Microsoft applications: Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Word.
If you are not able to attend the evening class, please talk to the instructor to make an appointment for an individual tutorial (30 min – 1 hour).
