What sparks a memory, and how does it transform when it blends with our imagination?
Explore this question with award-winning Argentinian author, poet, and researcher Michel Nieva. Using literary exercises inspired by writers like Marcel Proust and Octavia Butler, Nieva will teach participants to transform memories into nonfiction pieces or imaginative and speculative stories. This hour-long workshop will help you find the words to tell your own story.
If you’d like, bring a photo or object to inspire your writing.
THIS IS A FREE ZOOM EVENT!
