Take a journey with us through West African culture as we explore the vivacious rhythms, high energy movement, and jewels of knowledge from Nigeria, Guinea, Burkina Faso and more! From viewing the map of Africa, learning oral and movement traditions and creating a joyful community, participants will receive a fun, energetic experience for the whole family. This workshop includes an engaging body awareness warm-up, enriching vocabulary, movement exploration, and a jam session.

This program is intended for families with children ages 3-6 years old.
