University Open Air: Tibetan Healing Methods for Lower Back Pain
**Today's (Sunday, September 11) class WILL TAKE PLACE despite the light rain in the forecast. Class will be held indoors at the Boathouse in Prospect Park. Please join us rain/shine!**
More than 30% of people in the USA have lower back pain. Why? Find your answers here, then Dr. Chok will teach you two ancient Tibetan methods to heal your lower back pain. He will also teach some yoga movements to relieve your back pain.
Please bring a yoga mat or other ground cover to this class. Dr. Chok recommends that participants attend his first class, on Tursday, 8 September, on proper sitting, which is directly related to lower back pain.
Ends with 10-15 minutes of guided meditation
