Have you ever thought about cooking as a delicious scientific experiment?
Join us for hands-on cooking demos for teens, on the roof, in the Greenpoint Environmental Education Center. We’ll focus on plant-based cooking, which utilizes more sustainable ingredients, and is produced using fewer fossil fuels, land and resources. We'll even use some ingredients from the garden!
