How do you usually communicate when things feel awkward or tense? 13+
In this program, we’ll explore different communication styles and learn healthy ways to navigate conflict in friendships, family, and relationships.
The first half of the session focuses on understanding communication patterns and building skills for expressing yourself clearly and respectfully. The second half shifts to hands-on activities.
Teens will make a beeswax candle, create a paper valentine, or design bracelets while continuing the conversation in a relaxed, creative space.
This program is facilitated by the Relationship Abuse Prevention Program (RAPP), which works with teens to support healthy relationships of all kinds.
