Join Greenpoint Library and plant expert and author Maryah Greene, for a storytime for her new book Good Things, to be followed by a planting workshop.
At this event Maryah will read from her book and give a plant potting lesson for all attendees, meant for ages 4-8 years old.
Each child will receive a copy of Maryah’s book and a plant they potted with their grown up to take home.
All children must be accompanied by an adult.
Please register under the caregiver’s name. Online registration is good for one caregiver and up two children (please indicate 1 or 2 children).
Maryah Greene is a New York based, Japan-bred Plant Doctor, Author & Consultant and founder of Greene Piece. What started as an Instagram account filled with plant tips and tricks, has blossomed into a full-blown business. She solidified her position as New York’s go-to plant stylist following appearances and features in The New York Times, Vogue, Good Morning America and more. Much like her plants, Maryah knows what it’s like to start from seed and has no intention of stopping anytime soon.
