Stoop Meditation: Saturday Morning Summer Series for All Ages

Join us for 60 minutes of relaxation and connection.

Saturdays, June 8th – July 27th from 10:00-11:00 A.M.
Outside on the Front Plaza at Central Library

Take a few minutes this summer to share some love, kindness, and connection with yourself--and with our community. Participants will be invited to sit outdoors, with the buzz of Library life all around us. We will take in the sights and sounds of our friends and neighbors, then focus inward on ourselves.

All ages and experience levels are welcome!

The series will be led by Danielle Fazzolari, founder of Stoop Meditation, certified meditation teacher at MNDFL, and lover of libraries.

This program is made possible by Youth & Family Services, Outreach Services, & Arts & Culture at Brooklyn Public Library.
