Plaza Swing Series: Matt Munisteri
Matt Munisteri is a virtuosic and in-demand guitarist with a wide-ranging roster of notable artists across the jazz and American-roots spectrum including Cassandra Wilson, Madeline Peyroux, Loudon Wainwright and “Little” Jimmy Scott. He’ll lead his band through Ragtime, Blues, Tin Pan Alley and Jazz.
Dance lessons are at 6:30 pm, the band starts at 7 pm.
In case of rain, the event will be held on Thursday, August 2.
The Plaza Swing Series is made possible with public funds from the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of Governor Andrew Cuomo and the New York State Legislature.
