Experience a fun and light-hearted, mid-intensity flow in the Gerritsen Beach Community Garden, one that connects breath to movement as you flow through poses with modifications for everyone.

Class will focus on mobility and stability to ensure you leave feeling challenged, balanced, and relaxed.

PLEASE bring a mat!
 
PLEASE NOTE:  Monday classes run July 6-October 26, 2026. There is no class on August 10; August 17; September 7 (Labor Day); and October 12 (Columbus Day).
