Join us at Sunset Park Library for a day of health awareness and support! Hospitals, citywide agencies, elected official offices and local community organizations will be sharing health resources, information, services, screenings and giveaways. This fair will also include a free “Spring into Fitness” movement session led by Shape Up NYC.
