Maintaining a healthy lifestyle and preventing injuries are some of the key fundamentals to leading a happy and healthy life.  Join us for discussion, interaction, and fun!  This presentation will cover topics such as the importance of staying active, aging and your eyes, why what you eat matters, dealing with crazy drivers, and much more.  Join Gia Ramsey, Injury Prevention/Education Outreach Coordinator from Maimonides Medical Center, to learn tips and tricks to stay healthy as you age. 

We will be using Zoom to host this program and you will need either a computer with audio or a telephone in order to participate. We will email the login information to participants.
