Disconnect from distractions and reconnect with your body and spirit. Come home to yourself. This 60-mniute experience is designed to help you:

  • Release stagnant emotion and energy from the body
  • Feel calmer, safer, and more at ease
  • Deepen mind-body awareness
  • Listen to your body's messages
  • Strengthen intuition and self-trust

What to expect: a gentle, movement-based class that invites you to listen inward. No two sessions are exactly the same, but you can expect a blend of somatic practices to release and regulate the nervois system, grounding exercises, a guided embodiment meditation, and subtle energy work.

*Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a journal and pen. Yoga mats are limited in their availability, please bring your own mat if you own one.
