Join us as we celebrate Julia Child and the groundbreaking work, Mastering the Art of French Cooking, co-written with Simone Beck and Louisette Bertholle which brought French cooking techniques to American home cooks shopping in American supermarkets of the 1960's. We'll discuss how these recipes hold up to our twenty-first century tastes and watch a demonstration of how these techniques play out today.
