DUEFUNK is a New York based group that lives and breathes the culture of live music - with an electrifying sound that's sure to get the crowd moving. This group blends pop, rock n' roll, funk and R&B with nostalgic sounds of New York's past brought into the present with top level production, a new era fusion and an irresistible summer groove. Comprising 6 full time members, the crew ranges from soulful female vocals, male & female rappers to live Drummer, Bassist and Guitarist.
Join us for all four outdoor performances throughout the day:
- 10:00am - 11:00am- Sound Bridges and Percussive Dance
- 11:00am - 12:00pm- DUEFUNK
- 12:30am - 2:00pm- Alva Nelson Band
- 3:00pm - 4:00pm- Mike Traxxx and Friends
This program is part of MakeMusicNewYork. MakeMusicNewYork is “a unique festival of free concerts in public spaces throughout the five boroughs of New York City. All of the performances take place annually on June 21st, the first day of summer and longest day of the year. “
